Summercon 2016 will be held at Littlefield, Brooklyn

This year Summercon is returning to Littlefield in Brooklyn, New York. The conference will span 2 days, Friday July 15th and Saturday July 16th, and run from 11am to 5pm on both days, followed by a 5pm-7pm happy hour.

Littlefield is located at 622 Degraw Street between 3rd and 4th Avenue in Brooklyn.

It's a pretty laid back space with a main conference area and social area, and most importantly, adjoined by the bar. Summercon was held at Littlefield back in 2011, 2012, and 2015 and we had a pretty good time.

   

It is easily accessible by public transit, there's access to a wide variety of dining choices in the nearby areas of Park Slope and Carol Gardens, and there's even a couple of nearby choices for lodging, including a Holiday Inn Express and a budget Super 8 just right around the corner. A subway ride from Union or Barclay's Center (previously Atlantic/Pacific) can take you to Manhattan within 4-6 stops (depending on the line).
